This beautiful condominium with spectacular panoramic views of the Ocean, Bay and North Wildwood is located in the heart of the entertainment district.
Our Beach Condo: 4 Bedrooms/3 Bath - Sleeps up to 10 Lots of room to spread out!
Come together for meals and games at the large dining table or kitchen dining island; while still being able to have your own space to relax on your private veranda off the living area. Wake up each morning to awe-inspiring sunrises, while sitting on your private rooftop deck with a good book or taking in views of the ocean! Then relax in the evening with views of the sunset as you finish your day at the beach!
OPEN FLOOR PLAN with living/kitchen/dining areas all together for family socializing. Walk out to the veranda, just off the living room with seating up to five people. Views of the Ocean, Walnut Avenue and the Entertainment District.
ENTERTAINMENT/TECHNOLOGY - For inside entertainment, this unit features ROKU SMART WiFi connected LED TVs located in the living room and ALL FOUR bedrooms. Log on to your favorite streaming entertainment providers including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and more or cast video from your mobile devices to these smart TV’s. Not to mention, we have high speed wireless internet. There is also a DVD player with a selection of movies, board /card games and books for kids and adults.
Enjoy the FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN to cook your family meals. Spacious with plenty of cabinet space...Includes Duo-Coffee maker with carafe and K-cups, Instant Pot, Crock Pot, Pots/Pans, 4-slot toaster, blender, Convection Countertop Toaster Oven, baking sheets, mixing bowls, hand-mixer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, side by side refrigerator with ice/water, microwave oven and plenty of dishes, silverware and reusable storage containers and a large island seating area for four people
EXTRA LARGE MASTER bedroom #1 ensuite on second floor: KING bed (1), two large recliners, Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator/freezer, super quiet ceiling fan with remote and 65" Smart TV. Walk-in closet, dresser and two end tables. Large master bath with double sink, large walk-in shower, spa/whirlpool bath and hair dryer. Wake up to the morning sun streaming in from your large sliding doors (include a blackout sliding screen). From Master bedroom...walk out to your own private rooftop deck with large sectional sofa and high-back table and four chairs.
EXTRA LARGE MASTER bedroom #2 ensuite on main floor: KING bed (1) and extra-large bunk beds (Twin over Double). Large walk-in closet (vacuum, iron and ironing board in closet), dresser, chest of drawers and two end tables, super quiet ceiling fan and 32" smart TV. Full size bath with a walk-in shower, larger vanity sink and hair dryer. Quiet "back of the house" bedroom with tons of sunlight from the two large windows, which have cordless mini blinds and curtains.
Large Bedroom #3 on main floor: QUEEN bed (1) with dresser, two end tables, super quiet ceiling fan, and a wall mounted 50" Smart TV with XBox. A "work" desk with printer, monitor and HDMI connection for your laptop. Double panel wall closet. Quiet "back of the house" bedroom with tons of sunlight from the two large windows, which have cordless mini blinds and curtains.
Bedroom #4 on main floor: QUEEN bed (1) with dresser, one end table and 24" Smart TV. Double panel wall closet and one window with cordless mini blinds and curtains. Modem is located in this room.
Full size bathroom #3 with tub/shower, full size vanity and hair dryer, shared by bedrooms #3 and #4.
ALL BEDROOMS have a luggage rack and the beds have a mattress cover and include a comforter. We will not be providing bath or beach towels nor linens for the beds. You are welcome to bring your own or go to wildwoodrentalsupply.com to order your linens and sheets.
Condo sleeps up to 10 people. PETS NOT ALLOWED, per HOA Bylaws
In addition to the LARGE PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK and the veranda on the main level, there is also a very large "common area" rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks with the family on this spacious rooftop deck.
There is a FULL SIZE Washer/Dryer laundry room on the second level. An outdoor shower in the back of the building and storage in the semi-private garage, which holds a car inside and two cars on the driveway. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and a wheel cart are located in the garage.
GUEST ACCESS...
Enter through you own private entrance with a keyless pad. You will have full access throughout the condo and the garage area. There is also a second entrance through the back door, which leads to the outdoor shower in the back of the building.
PUBLIC POOL ACCESS AVAILABLE @ Flip Flopz Bar and Grill across the street from our beach condo
During the peak season, children are welcome with an accompanying adult on weekdays ONLY.
Saturday and Sunday GUESTS must be over 21 yrs old ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: no outside food or beverage permitted. They are a liquored establishment as well as a restaurant and have servers available for ordering.
We take no responsibility while visiting the public pool and have no affiliation with Flip Flopz
OFF-STREET PARKING: Semi-private garage on premises holds up to three vehicles. Also, one seasonal parking permit for FREE on-street parking in designated North Wildwood areas.
TRASH PICK UP...NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Why interrupt your vacation to take out the trash/recycling to the curb TWICE A WEEK?! No way! We take care of this for you...at no extra charge! Just one of the many perks we provide to our guests.
Another perk...FREE PARKING throughout North Wildwood (wherever the ParkMobile app is accepted), when you use the NWW Parking Permit that we provide to our guests...again, no extra charge for this very valuable perk! (one car parking permit included with your rental stay)

As your hosts, we strive to exceed your every need. However, if we missed something or you can offer suggestions to make it even better, please let us know. We will always make ourselves available day or night to address your immediate needs via cell phone/text/email. We expect your vacation home to be safe, clean and ready for your stay as soon as you walk through your private entrance.
We provide a Welcome Guest Guidebook that details instructions on various aspects of the condo, how to use the television remotes, where things are located, places to eat, local attractions, nearby golf courses, etc.
With all that said...If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, updated, relaxing place, while still enjoying the local entertainment just steps away, then this is the place for you and your family/families! Location
Located just one block from the Ocean and four blocks from the Bay. A short walk or bike ride to the free beach with lifeguards (in season). Just steps away from restaurants and clubs with live music and shop in the famous "Olde New Jersey Ave" Entertainment District.
A car is not essential, once you arrive for your vacation stay.
A two-mile boardwalk a few blocks away with live music shows at the amphitheater. Enjoy a walk or jog on the newly renovated seawall, where you may see dolphins in the ocean! Close to the historic Hereford Inlet Lighthouse with its Victorian Gardens. At the Bay, you will find many more activities including fishing excursions, dolphin watching and water sports.
