Logon to your favorite streaming entertainment providers including Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Pandora and more or cast video from your mobile devices to these smart TVs. We also have high speed wireless internet so you can stay connected. A DVD player with a selection of movies, board /card games and books for kids and adults.

From Master bedroom…walk out to your own private rooftop deck with large sectional sofa and high-back table and four chairs.

EXTRA LARGE MASTER bedroom #2 ensuite on main floor: King bed (1) and extra-large bunk beds (Twin over Double). Large walk-in closet (vacuum, iron and ironing board in closet), dresser, chest of drawers and two end tables, super quiet ceiling fan and 32″ smart TV. Full size bath with a walk-in shower, larger vanity sink and hair dryer. Quiet “back of the house” bedroom with tons of sunlight from the two large windows, which have cordless mini blinds and curtains.

Large Bedroom #3 on main floor: Queen bed (1) with dresser, two end tables, super quiet ceiling fan, and a wall mounted 50″ Smart TV with XBox. A “work” desk with printer, monitor and HDMI connection for your laptop. Double panel wall closet. Quiet “back of the house” bedroom with tons of sunlight from the two large windows, which have cordless mini blinds and curtains.

Bedroom #4 on main floor: Queen bed (1) with dresser, one end table and 24″ Smart TV. Double panel wall closet and one window with cordless mini blinds and curtains. Modem is located in this room.

Full size bathroom #3 with tub/shower, full size vanity and hair dryer, shared by bedrooms #3 and #4.

ALL BEDROOMS have a luggage rack and the beds have a mattress cover and include a comforter. We will not be providing bath or beach towels, or linens for the beds. You also have the option to order your linens and towels ahead of time through one of the local linen services. They are throughout the Wildwoods and delivery and pick up whatever you order. In addition to the LARGE PRIVATE ROOFTOP DECK (with LED lights surrounding the private deck) and the veranda on the main level, there is also a very large “common area” rooftop deck with views of the Ocean, the Bay and North Wildwood. Watch the Friday night fireworks (in season) or enjoy drinks with the family on this spacious rooftop deck.

There is a FULL SIZE Washer/Dryer laundry room on the second level. An outdoor shower in the back of the building and storage in the semi-private garage, which holds a car inside and two cars on the driveway. Beach chairs, two umbrellas, a cooler and a wheel cart are located in the garage.

GUEST ACCESS… Enter through you own private entrance with a keyless pad. You will have full access throughout the condo and the garage area. There is also a second entrance through the back door, which leads to the outdoor shower in the back of the building.

OFF-STREET PARKING: Semi-private garage on premises holds up to three vehicles.

TRASH PICK UP…NOT YOUR RESPONSIBILITY! Why interrupt your vacation to take out the trash/recycling to the curb TWICE A WEEK?! No way! We take care of this for you…at no extra charge! Just one of the many perks we provide to our guests.

PUBLIC POOL ACCESS AVAILABLE @ Flip Flopz Bar and Grill across the street from our beach condo During the week, children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Saturday and Sunday GUESTS must be over 21 ONLY. Hours are am to Dusk $ per person per visit PLEASE NOTE: no outside food or beverage permitted. They are a liquored establishment as well as a restaurant and have servers available for ordering. We take no responsibility while visiting the public pool and have no affiliation with Flip Flopz.

GUEST INTERACTION… As your hosts, we strive to exceed your every need. However, if we missed something or you can offer suggestions to make it even better, please let us know. We will always make ourselves available day or night to address your immediate needs via cell phone/text/email. We expect your vacation home to be safe, clean and ready for your stay as soon as you walk through your private entrance.

We provide a Welcome Guest Guidebook that details instructions on various aspects of the condo, how to use the television remotes, where things are located, places to eat, local attractions, nearby golf courses, etc.
